User Agreement

Effective Date: December 17, 2022

1. Introduction

1.1 This User Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions between you (“You” or “Your”) and Excess Quest (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”) governing the use of Excess Quest’s subscription-based services (“Services”). Please carefully read and understand this Agreement before using our Services.

2. Subscription Services

2.1 Free Trial: Excess Quest offers a complimentary 3-day trial for its lead generation services. You reserve the right to cancel this trial at any point by providing notice via email to eqleads@excessquest.com.

2.2 Billing: After the expiration of the free trial period, charges will be applied in full for the chosen term, and such charges are non-refundable.

2.3 Auto Renewal: Your subscription initiates upon registration for an initial period of one month or the selected term. The first subscription fee is processed upon order completion or trial termination.

3. Cancellation and Termination

3.1 Cancellation: You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time by communicating your decision via email to eqleads@excessquest.com. All fees accrued up to the end of the current subscription period remain payable unless stated otherwise.

3.2 Termination: Excess Quest retains the right to terminate your subscription or access to Services at its discretion, with or without notice and for any reason. In the event of termination by us, you may receive a pro-rated refund of the pre-paid subscription fee for the then-current term.

4. Payment of Fees

4.1 Billing Consent: By providing credit card information, you consent to ongoing, recurring billing until the subscription is canceled.

4.2 Non-Refundable Payments: Payments made are non-refundable, and no credits are offered for partial use of a subscription term.

5. Our Role as a Service Provider

5.1 Data Processing: Excess Quest processes personal information solely for the purpose of delivering Services and commits not to use or disclose this information for any other purposes beyond the business relationship between you and us.

5.2 Non-Disclosure: Personal information will not be sold, rented, released, or disclosed to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration, except to our service providers.

6. Feedback

6.1 Non-Confidential Submission: Any feedback, suggestions, or submissions provided by you, regardless of the communication channel, will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.

By utilizing Excess Quest’s Services, you affirm that you have carefully read, comprehended, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. This Agreement may be revised at any time, and it is your responsibility to periodically review it. Continued use of our Services indicates your acceptance of any updates to this Agreement.
