In 2025 InceptDial merged into Excess Quest. InceptDial had spent years doing one thing for surplus funds recovery firms: calling former owners, following up, and keeping the case moving. That work, and the people who did it, are now part of Excess Quest.
What changes for clients
Our virtual assistants are the InceptDial team. They are full time Excess Quest employees, not contractors, trained on surplus outreach rather than hired as general assistants, and they work in your timezone inside your CRM with a supervisor behind them.
The difference is that the leads, the research desk and the CRM now sit in the same company as the phones.
Why it made sense
A surplus funds lead is only worth something once someone calls it well. We were building the leads; InceptDial was making the calls. Putting both under one roof means a lead goes from the auction result to a trained caller without changing hands.
