Surplus funds CRM pricing is simple: every plan includes the full Surplus Funds CRM, the case pipeline, the power dialer, SMS and e-signatures. What changes between them is how much of the lead work and the phone work we do for you. Month to month, and we will tell you if a smaller plan fits.

What is actually in the CRM plan?
The whole platform: case pipeline, calling and SMS from your own number, e-signatures, document templates and up to three users. What it does not include is our leads. It suits a firm that already has a source and needs somewhere to work the cases properly.
What do I get on Nationwide that I do not on CRM?
The leads. Every state we cover, built from auction results, skip traced and scrubbed against the federal Do Not Call registry, delivered straight into your pipeline. It also opens the attorney directory and the document templates.
Is Reserve worth it over Nationwide?
Only if your bottleneck is the phone rather than the leads. Reserve is Nationwide plus a dedicated caller at 40 hours a month, concierge onboarding, and monthly skip trace and property search credits. If you are not currently short of calling capacity, stay on Nationwide.
Is there a contract?
Month to month. No setup fee on these three plans and no minimum term.
Can I add users?
Yes, additional seats are $40 a month each. CRM includes up to three users, and the leads plans include more.
Do you offer virtual assistants separately?
Yes. A trained caller is $370 a month for 40 hours or $740 for 20 hours a week, on its own or alongside any plan. Reserve already includes 40 hours.
